About Amanda Schneider
Guiding women who are connected, compassionate and authentic leaders in their families, communities and beyond.
Have you ever had the experience of wondering if you were ever going to figure out who you were going to be when you grew up? A secret: I have that ALL the time.
My name is Amanda Schneider. I am a continually evolving entrepreneur who loves to connect and facilitate powerful experiences. I have been married for 18 years and am the proud Mama of three enthusiastic and louder-than-life boys who are 12, 10 and 8. My boys (husband included) bring me the greatest joy in life. Second only to my boys, are my dogs. I love my three rescue pittie-mixes and cannot imagine life without a dog snuggled up by my side.
I have wandered my way through the corporate, education, and direct selling spaces for the last 25 years picking up key learnings to become the award-winning, international speaker and trainer I am today who is passionate about facilitating connections…between people, to new outside learnings and to knowledge within.
I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, completely carefree and happy through elementary school. After a couple of moves in middle school, I found myself in a completely different world: unhappy, disconnected and struggling to feel like I fit in anywhere. Thankfully, I found ceramics in high school and Mr. Collins, my ceramics teacher. In Mr. Collins’ classroom, I felt like I could take off that energetic armor I carried around with me and just “be.” Mr. Collins allowed me to feel seen and heard and gain confidence in myself at a time when I had none. That is why I do what I do today: I help women find the spaces where they can feel seen and heard and gain confidence to step authentically into who they were meant to be.
In addition to my own personal practice, I am incredibly honored and excited to be one of five Co-Founders for the Women’s Impact Academy. When women come for Connection, stay to Create a fully expressed life, they can then Contribute to the world around them in a powerful way.
“Shine your light. Share your journey. When you are courageous you create a spark that ignites and inspires others to be brave.”
